New Rules of Golf and Update of Local Rules

On 1 January the Rules of Golf 2016 come into effect. Key changes relate to Rule 14-1b Anchoring the Club, Rule 18-2 Ball At Rest Moved…. Appendix IV Devices and Other Equipment (relative to Distance Measuring Devices).

As a result our Local Rules have been updated as necessary to reflect the changes. Go to the Literature and Links page to view the Local Rules and information about Anchoring.

From Saturday 5 November you will receive a free copy of the Rules of Golf 2016 edition and the 2016 Club Handbook when you collect your scorecard.

Upgrade of Time Sheets

MiClub has begun the Stage 2 rollout of its timesheet development project. The stage 2 release contains many changes which affect the member experience and booking process which are designed to increase functionality for members and further increase system reliability. Gungahlin Lakes is schedule for upgrade on Tuesday afternoon 13th October.
The main changes in this upgrade include:

New Fixture List Display
New Member Timesheet Display
New Member / Admin Make Booking Display
Availability Charts
